Love Mae: No need to put up a Christmas tree

by Mini Stylista on 01/12/2009

This year we are not putting up a christmas tree!  Well a plastic one that is! Since discovering the beautiful fabric christmas tree decal from LOVE MAE (and also partly due to a very busy toddler) a plastic tree just doesn’t compare. These fabric decals really make the home look fabulous and the great thing is they are completely reusable!  There is also this great ‘build a tree’ design (available from Malmaison Botanicals) where you can mix and match other decals from the range to make a lovely forest scene another variations for Christmas!

looks beautiful. I saw another idea for a chirstmas tree on Tabitha Emma blog today, it was using twisted willow sticks. probably not toddler friendly though.

Hi lovely
I also put up the willow sticks I think they are called pussy willow and have decorated it with glass crystals. It is on the dining room table and looks amazing. I will have to take a picture and post x

I got this tree! But I got the small one and I have to say that it’s a little too small to be a major feature, but it is gorgeous all the same. And little Sophie spends all her time taking off the little red baubles. In fact, they are now all lost. But it still looks great with the candy canes and birds.

They are so gorgeous…a little smaller than you think right? But such a pretty idea I love the forest critters range too x

OMG I love it…hmmm I am seriously considering this option, means no tinsel everywhere, not being paranoid about my little one putting bits in her mouth, my dog not confusing it for a real tree…haha..

Thanks for sharing it is really beautiful.
