This is Max’s nursery! We love the attention to detail: beautiful handmade buntings, wall sticker decals, toys and alphabet letters create such a fresh contemporary feel. The nursery was decorated by Max’s mother Sarah who is the amazing designer and canvas art creator behind Style Me Gorgeous.
Sarah shares the inspiration behind the decoration of Max’s nursery:
“I saw the Kate Finn elephant at David Jones and fell in love.. so decided on an elephant theme for Max’s nursery. This room used to be Jack’s nursery and was decorated in blues and browns, so to make it different for Max and inject some more colour I added bright green as an accent. The green rug and lamp shade from ikea were perfect for this. I recently purchased the Giggleberry bunting which finishes off the room beautifully. Now all I need to do is hurry up and design a ‘Style Me Gorgeous’ elephant canvas for Max”
This nursery is stunning!! The burst of colour create such a wonderful bright space. The use of randomly placed alphabet letters adds a ‘playful element’! The elephant mobile and wall sticker decals compliment the theme as well as the feature colours. Sarah has truly ‘styled it gorgeously’
